Leader Zionist Regime, Permanent Menace for the Region

Tehran – Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said the intervention of the foreigners is the main cause of problems in the region. According to IRIB World Service, describing the region susceptible of crisis, Ayatollah Khamenei said to the visiting Omani King Sultan Qabus ben Said and the accompanying delegation “The main reason for the present condition is the interference of foreigners.”

Ayatollah Khamenei deemed as a dangerous issue in the region to mix religious, sectarian and ethnic subjects with the political differences of the countries, adding, “Unfortunately, a Takfiri group has been shaped that is in conflict with all Muslim groups. The supporters of this current should know that this fire will extend to their lap, too.”

Stressing that the Zionist regime is also a permanent threat in the region and is receives the full-scale support of the United States of America, the leader of the Islamic revolution reiterated, “The corrupt Zionist regime with its vast depots of the very dangerous WMDs is a serious threat for the region.”

Ayatollah Khamenei noted, “The region is in need of public security, and this important goal will be realized only through proclamation of real prohibition of weapons of mass destruction in the region.”

Referring to the friendly and warm relations between Iran and Oman and the pleasant record of the Omani people and government in the minds of the Iranians, the leader of the Islamic revolution said, “There are numerous grounds for expansion of the bilateral ties between the two countries especially in the domains of oil and gas.”

The Omani King Sultan Qabus, for his part, expressed happiness of his visit with the leader of the Islamic revolution and added, “During the negotiations with the Iranian president, the grounds were examined for further expansion of relations in different sections including economy, transit, and energy.”

Confirming the remarks of the leader of the Islamic revolution, the Omani king stressed that it requires keeping in mind the interests of the regional nations and cooperation of the regional countries to exit from the current situation. (IRIB World Service)
